I am a legal and business consultant with over 25 years experience. I have helped businesses (start ups to SMEs to global corporates) across a range of industries with corporate advisory and governance matters, with a broad range of commercial contracts and with business transformational projects (like mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, process audits, operational support streamlining and outsourcing).

My strengths are in my non-linear career path, my unconventional set of skills and my ability to synthetise both aspects into developing and delivering innovative solutions. My lived experience in senior leadership roles (including as outsourced Head of Legal for a range of clients) is also a key asset.

A keen interest is on organisations who are striving to affect positive change. I want to support businesses who are redefining their success models to actively account for their impact on people, communities, economies and the environment. I passionately believe in the objectives of for-purpose organisations and want to support their vision to change perceptions, practices and priorities.
