I’m the founder of Talent Nation, the first recruitment company to be BCorp certified in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand back in 2014. I grew up on a small farm near Christchurch and like most kiwis I travelled after university before settling in Melbourne where I now live with my wife and 3 boys.
Talent Nation was founded on the basis that you could have a profitable business that generates positive social and environmental outcomes, so the BCorp framework suited us perfectly. For over a decade we have focused on Environment, Sustainability, ESG, Climate & Energy and Sustainable Finance recruitment within corporates which helps fund the recruitment that we do for Not for Profits, Social Enterprises and BCorps.
