I’m passionate about helping established for-profit companies make the transition to making profit purposefully. It’s my goal that this becomes business as usual within our lifetime. To help realise this intention, my team and I help companies develop to purpose-led strategies and purposeful leadership capabilities. We plan to equip 1 million businesses in this way by 2040, which I believe will have a ripple effect on the way businesses around the world think and act.
