Working directly with both internal and external stakeholders, the Solution Specialist is responsible for the technical configuration and development of Silver Chef’s core systems and digital solutions.
The position is also intended to act as a technical representative to assist with planning new functionality, providing guidance on proven and best practices, and document process and technical requirements for all parties.
As the Solution Specialist your impact will be measured by you:
- Elevating understanding of application and software capabilities (particularly Salesforce) within the business to inform best practice process and experience design.
- Moving Silver Chef applications and software towards industry best practice.
- Delivering process automation through the configuration and development of applications and systems (particularly Salesforce, TechnologyOne, InfoLease and Shopify) to increase efficiency within the business.
- Minimising risk through the formulation of technical documentation and training.
