Craig Wilson, General Manager of Sustainability for Snowy Hydro: Craig is responsible for a portfolio that covers developing and improving sustainability at Snowy Hydro and communicating its performance. He has worked in strategy, transformation, commercial, regulatory and sustainability areas within the electricity, rail, ports and defence sectors. With an MBA, and a degree in International Business, he has international exposure in several different industries and roles.
Alice Kuepper, Head of Sustainable Business and Corporate Social Responsibility at Winnings Appliances: Alice leads the development and execution of the Winning Group’s sustainability strategy, focusing on responsible sourcing, carbon, circularity, community engagement, and reconciliation. Alice also represents the company on the Circular Australia Industry Taskforce and is a Founding Board Member of the Coalition for Sustainable Solutions. With a Master’s in Sociology from the University of Munich and a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, Alice brings a global perspective to corporate sustainability, blending strategic insight with practical implementation.
Vicky Bartolacci, Executive Director Global at Kineo: Vicky leads global learning initiatives across APAC, EMEA, the US, and LATAM. Appointed in 2022 after serving as Managing Director of Kineo APAC, Vicky brings a global perspective of ESG challenges and deep expertise in cross-cultural business operations. Joining Moir Group in 2023, Lisa spearheads the ESG Division, bringing deep expertise from her career as a sustainability recruiter, coach, and academic. She teaches at the University of Sydney Business School and has designed innovative career and climate impact programs. Her extensive background ensures she delivers top-tier ESG talent with a strategic, real-world perspective.
Carolyn Loton — Founder and Director of Juntos Marketing
Carolyn is a strategic marketer and business leader committed to using marketing as a force for good. She is the Founder and Director of the award-winning content and marketing agency Juntos Marketing and Director of Leapfrog Research. She leads a specialist team delivering high-impact marketing and communications across ESG, health, education, government, the private sector, and not-for-profits.
Driven by a passion for climate action and conservation, Carolyn co-founded Professionals for Climate Action, a network of over 500 professionals, and serves as Chair of the Nature Conservation Council NSW. A strong advocate for evidence-based decision-making, she integrates research, science, and co-design into marketing strategies that create lasting change.
