It’s a really good point around the impact business models, there’s a lot of potential to unlock there and I don’t think it’s all that well explained in the BIA how to build the supporting information.
Great blog post @Clare - thanks for writing and sharing it. We’ve begun our journey for our second re-cert due next year and there are really useful tips here. For me in particular making good handover notes as to how you’ve interpreted questions/answers. This has come up already as we look over our current answers!
