Hey all,
We are working towards our first B Corp certification. We don’t currently have a constitution written. I’m interested in hearing how others wrote their initial constitutions, did you engage legal help to write it or is there’s another way of doing this? I’m really not too savvy in this area. Thanks in advance for any advice.
