We are seeking a driven and customer focused Claims and Delivery Coordinator to join our growing but established team. As the middleperson between our Customers, Sales team, Logistics, and Warehouse, the primary focus of this role is to provide effective, accurate and timely information to our team and customers in direct relation to rug deliveries and claims. This role will be based in Surry Hills and there is scope to work part of the time remotely.
