Insights:
- 30% of the population in Australia works Part-time, and 70% of those people identify as female (ABS June 2022),
- less then 13% of job ads on Seek and LinkedIn are for Part-time roles (August 2022).
This means there is a fantastic opportunity for organisations looking to hire great people and support this under-represented job ready community.
While Part-time roles are always a great option, Job Share roles are too.
