Social Media & Online Community Team Lead
- Fully remote role with a certified B Corporation
- Manage several small project teams and run point on client communications
- Best suited to someone looking for flexible, part-time work up to 20hrs/week. Potential to go full-time.
You must be an Australian citizen or have the appropriate permits to work in Australia. You should have some availability during Australian business hours at least three days/week. You will need to work autonomously as part of a distributed team in a small, lean business.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in senior social media and/or online community roles
- Expertise with all social media platforms and popular social media management tools
- Demonstrated ability to implement social media and/or online community strategy and governance
- Thorough understanding of social media risks and crisis management
- Account management and the ability to maintain strong client relationships
- Leadership that empowers teams to deliver to a consistently high standard
- Consciously foster a positive workplace culture and uphold company values
- Business development and preparation of service proposals
- Outstanding written and phone communication skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Flexible availability, adventurous and able to hit the ground running!
