With regards to the community section in the BIA on underrepresented populations, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of more information of what groups are included? I have been asked whether females over 50 in management are considered underrepresented. Any on how I might find out more or determine what does and doesn’t constitute an underrepresented group would be much aprpeciated, thanks so much!
