Hello B Corp People!

I hope everyone is well.

I am looking at our stakeholder engagement at the moment as I would like to strengthen our activity in this space.

  • How have people gone about doing stakeholder engagement?
  • Have people used external consultants or attempted this internally?
  • Which stakeholders have people engaged in the past and why?

I have a community I would like to engage with for a specific reason and as part of some work we are doing in the Community Impact area of the BIA.

Any and all advice and guidance is warmly welcomed.

I’m still looking for good examples on this topic if anyone has any!

@jthompson does Nation Partners have any advice? I met Matt recently on the Bhutan trip and I remember him mentioning that stakeholder engagement is part of your suite of skills!
