Invitation to contribute to a benchmark study on meaningful work. Understand what your employees value

B Corp community, I have a wonderful opportunity for you to get some valuable insights from your employees about how meaningful they consider their work to be. For a limited number of B Corps, this will be free.

My own business is a B Corp certified Purpose Consultancy and one of my clients is an aspiring B Corp whose purpose is around meaningful work – connecting people to it and creating more opportunities for it. Beaumont People are a Recruitment Firm and People & Culture Specialists.

The Meaningful Work Profile Tool is a world-first initiative that has been developed by them to enable organisations to understand how they perform on the four key factors of Meaningful Work.

This platform is part of a wider initiative by Beaumont People to better understand what “meaningful work” means to people and how workplaces can better deliver on the rapidly changing needs and expectations of employees.

As part of the development of the Meaningful Work Profile Tool, Beaumont People are gathering data from some of Australia’s best workplaces. This data will establish what “good” looks like – the benchmark. They are inviting B Corps as well as winners of last year’s Best Places To Work companies to participate in this benchmark study.

Once these benchmarks are established alongside a control group of other general businesses, Beaumont People will launch this publicly as a product for purchase/subscription, later this year.

For now, B Corps are being invited to participate entirely FREE.

We do have to limit this free offer, so please let me know asap if you’re interested. This is open to all sized and types of businesses. In fact, the more variety we have on the benchmark, the better. The process is also pretty simple. Let me know if you’re interested here, or you can hit me up by email.

Also FYI Beaumont People will be releasing their latest Meaningful Work Insights Report within the next couple of weeks. Sharing what employees value when it comes to MW. Some really interesting insights in it. I’ll share here when it comes out.
