Urgent call-out to any big-hearted B Corps interested in helping to fund a 1-yr scholarship for a tertiary student whose studies contribute to the environmental SDGs. The SDG Scholarship is run by the United Nations Association of Australia (NSW) in partnership with the University of Wollongong but due to COVID, funding has unfortunately run out. Last year, the scholarship was granted to an amazing young Conservation Biology student and UNAA would love to offer the scholarship again this year if a donor partner(s) can be found. UNAA is seeking to raise $8000 by 30 April in philanthropic donations to ensure continuity of the scholarship. The SDG Scholarship has DGR status, 100% of funds go towards the scholarship and all donations above $2.00 are tax deductible.
