𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Onboard new subcontractors to build our national tea
- Project manage subcontractors to achieve smooth and on-time projects
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
- Problem solve site issues and process variations
- Log calls and manage workflows through our project software
- Collaborate with our project coordinators and engineers
- Expand our project management capabilities into new areas and technologies
- Manage the department (be responsible for KPI’s and manage a small team)

- Strong project management experience
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Electrical industry experience
- Construction project management especially OHS & Risk Management
- Rapport building skills
- Ability to manage people
- Genuine commitment to sustainability and positive impact
- Lighting, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
- Experience managing multi-discipline projects preferred
- Energy efficiency retrofit experience (e.g., audits, calcs, technology) preferred

We deliver projects Australia wide but are based in Brisbane.
The role is 50% work from home – with 2 to 3 days per week in the office or on site.
Work schedule is 7 AM - 3:30 PM - can be further discussed.
