Urgent hiring: Project Manager - Commercial Energy Efficiency Upgrades

As an ESCO (Energy Services Company) we help businesses improve profitability through energy efficiency retrofits of commercial buildings; providing turnkey design and install projects include energy audits, lighting and hot water upgrades, HVAC controls, and more.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Onboard new subcontractors to build our national tea
  • Project manage subcontractors to achieve smooth and on-time projects
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Problem solve site issues and process variations
  • Log calls and manage workflows through our project software
  • Collaborate with our project coordinators and engineers
  • Expand our project management capabilities into new areas and technologies
  • Manage the department (be responsible for KPI’s and manage a small team)

  • Strong project management experience
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication
  • Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Electrical industry experience
  • Construction project management especially OHS & Risk Management
  • Rapport building skills
  • Ability to manage people
  • Genuine commitment to sustainability and positive impact
  • Lighting, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
  • Experience managing multi-discipline projects preferred
  • Energy efficiency retrofit experience (e.g., audits, calcs, technology) preferred

We deliver projects Australia wide but are based in Brisbane.
The role is 50% work from home – with 2 to 3 days per week in the office or on site.
Work schedule is 7 AM - 3:30 PM - can be further discussed.
