Chronic barriers to employment

Hi Team!

I have a client who is offering online financial advice. They have 2 FT staff, and the remainder is contractors.

The business is structured for flexible hours, and its focus is on attracting and supporting female financial advisors who are returning to work post-baby or time off and do not want a full-time role.

They have found that many women in this position are struggling to return to work in their profession.

Would employment that focuses on women looking to return to work be considered: “Providing high-quality jobs or professional development for individuals with chronic barriers to employment (workforce development programs)”

Thanks

Jenni
