Hi everyone in Sydney,
If you have been considering implementing a Workforce Development program but were unsure how you would manage it without specialist help, I’d love to invite you to join me as a guest of Whitelion, a non-profit that helps at risk young people develop meaningful connections and pathways to work.
In my capacity as a NSW Ambassador for Whitelion, my role is to share information about the programs and work that they do. And, one of their new programs is particularly relevant to those in the B Corp community who would like to support underrepresented populations achieve a better future through a quality workplace training program. Whitelion will collaborate with organisations to provide the specialist support that these people need when being involved in a workforce development program, something that is vital to the success of the program and generally outside the remit or expertise of the company wanting to help through this type of program.
Whitelion CEO Hang Vo will outline the program at the supporter lunch, and will be available to answer any questions that people may have.
