Hey folk, Happy New Year to all. 
My company Quiip is going down the path of establishing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
We need to get the company valued as part of this process. I had a recommendation but also want to see if there are any B Corps, or companies owned/led by women or under-represented folk… in keeping with our commitment to improve and value diversity in the supply chain.
Thanks also to the other B Corps who’ve done this, especially Manch of Intrepid for his encouragement and info. (Can also recommend Adam Dierselhuis from Faculte3 for working closely with us on this.)
