Anyone got any ideas for weaving B Corp into Professional Development plans?

Hi Clare,

If you have a guide on how many Professional Development goals each individual should have / set themselves each year (or relevant time frame), you could stipulate that a % should focus on relevant B Corp objectives your team has identified as important.

That way, you could create a list of targeted B Corp aligned learning modules; using either externally sourced programs, internally developed tools, modules or sessions, or those co-created with like minded organisations.

Interesting idea.

If you want to brainstorm further, let me know. Happy to carve out 30 minutes.

I like the idea of having a list of targeted B Corp aligned learning modules ready for them to be inspired by. I will mull on that one I think!
