Reconciliation Action - Calling any B Corps that are interested in joining a reconciliation collective

Intrepid Travel and Teachers’ Mutual Bank are keen to connect with other B Corps to create a regular reconciliation discussion group. With the pause on Collective Action Groups by B Lab, we would like to set up an informal group to share ideas and support each other through implementing our RAPs. This is also open to B Corps that are committed to reconciliation but have not (yet) been through the formal RAP process.

Hi to any B Corps that have a RAP and would like to gather together to support and get support from fellow B Corps also on this journey.

We had our first B Corp Reconciliation meeting this week. Our topics ranged from the value of RAP consultants/ cultural advisors, tenure on/make up of committee, RAP relevance in the business, frameworks options outside of RAPs and measurement tools.

Our long term goals are:

  • greater level of commitment, in either activism or education
  • Bring in outside knowledge to facilitate cross sector learnings
  • Align the group’s inputs and outputs with new B Corp standards

We are open to any B Corps who would like to join in. Next meeting is October 14 at 10am
