Has anyone got examples of expectations/indicators for social and environmental performance, that have been included in job descriptions for managers.
As per a previous post on this topic, the comprehensive way to determine these is via a theory of change that then informs what needs to happen role by role, however, looking for some examples as a starting point.

Developing the EMS as a team should throw out some obvious KPIs for individuals - hard to comment on these specifically as they will vary depending on the business.
